Prior to the Soft Opening and actual Launch

· Full technical consultancy and liaison with all necessary consults to ensure a sound construction and mechanical and electrical set-up, in order to achieve a property with facilities that adhere to the Kempinski Standards
· Site inspections by specialist engineers to ensure that, even in the most remote or climate challenged locations, the properties are fitted with all utilities, amenities and facilities required to run a luxury hotel to the Kempinski Standards
· All operational issues like leasing of office, retail and renting of serviced apartments is taken care of, along with comprehensive and transparent accounting to ensure that the company and you as the owner have full information on the performance of the property
· Introduction of qualified consultants in M&E, B.O.H., Low Voltage and Kitchen designers

After the Launch

· Continuous review of the internal procedures and process to ensure a running start and continued improvement to ensure the hotel follows the Kempinski Standards and Procedures, proven to lead to success
· Ongoing quality auditing to ensure that the Kempinski Standards and Procedures are upheld
· All upcoming staffing issues are dealt with and handled through the hotels HR department under our consultation, to ensure that the high standard and the targeted TOP 100 schedule is met

· Your hotel will be integrated in the Central Corporate Marketing strategy, which provides access to a vast range of marketing tools and services including the representation on all forms of media, at trade and road shows, loyalty programs and strategic alliances with very prestigious luxury brands
